Debit dispute

I did a debit order reversal i bought a flight ticket using my fnb card on the 27november 2020 for my daughter then miss SA teenangers was cancelled due to covid so on the 19 of december 2020 i submited my document to fnb for them to assist me with reversal till today its not reversed yet i have. 3reference number i called trying to find out why they still no feedback also i have called the airline Khulula they dont give any direction as well
