Debit Dispute

I've submitted a debt dispute form in December 2024 and only got a response in 17 January 2025 to send communication between myself and the merchant , which I have forwarded the same day with a new debit dispute form. Today is 04 March 2025 and I am still awaiting for a response, I sent an email for an update on the matter and still no response . I feel neglected by FNB and I am considering to close my account , I just can't be treated this way after being a client of the bank for several years .
