DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS NOT DEBITED TO BUSINESS ACC

Frustrated! I logged a query 01/11/2019 regarding a transaction from ourdebitcard machine which was not credited to my account. today already the 27th, and still no credit. i hope that all business that does card transactions do a proper recon each month, for this is how FNB makes money, not debiting transactions to accounts
