Debit card issue, international limit capped, bad service!
International limits got capped after buying retail product (laptop) on Amazon, followed by an message notifying me about "international limit exceeded for this month, please visit a branch near me, or call this number...." and so I did, just to find out barely anyone knows how to resolve the issue in hillcrest boulevard near Tuks, thus I was put into a phone call with the forex department, having to wait so long to be greeted with a bad attitude, and told me that I need to provide them a proof of registration from university since I am an international students, after so many failed attempt, we eventually got the kinda issue sorted, but the capped international limits was not raised, I expect it to be raised not capped, it make thing hard for me as an "International" student, same thing happened to my sister 2 months ago, her international limits also got capped, the truth is we aren't doing ********** activities, we are just buying stuff from Amazon...and furthermore because of that it also affected my forex investment/trading experience, I recently noticed that I needed an e-wallet (Skrill or Neteller) for the investment platform, I was not able to, due to a deposit block on my debit card, I wasn't able to deposit funds into the ewallet account (Skrill/Neteller)....like seriously don't you guys have exceptions, I am an university international students who is trying to pursue my career, not a teenager, but things can't proceed because of it....ridiculous! My productivity got decreased because of it! And angered by it! As an international students we aren't exactly students we are also adults, put a low limits cap on our accounts us unacceptable, like seriously R5k cap, what if the laptop is worth R17k for design students...now he or she can't afford it because of the stupid capped limits, and he/she is the account payer for everything. The more I text the angrier I've get, this is beyond ridiculous!
