Debit Card ***** Silence!

On 28th January 2019 I reported to FNB ***** Department, via telcon, that my wallet and cell phone had been ****** the day before, and that I had discovered R16,000 being *****ed from my account via Hollywood Bets transactions. I was given a ***** Reference Number #827975 and told somebody will contact me in 7-10 working days. At this time, being 13th February 2019 (20h10), which is 12 working days, nobody has contacted me in this regard. What is more disturbing, is that when you call the ***** helpline ********** they refer me to another number for debit card *****s, being ********** , and after multiple calls to this number it just continues in a cycle of recordings never answered! I have R16,000 sitting in suspense, *****ed in a state of pending which should be at some stage returned to me, but I can get no information from the branch or the ***** helpline, only this number which is never answered! Disgruntled Customer waiting for investigation and refund!

An autobot response and a followed up autobot call, where I must answer and select some options that are irrelevant or state my query into the phone? OR must I wait another 7-10 mysterious working days for a non-response? After 25 years of banking with FNB, sadly the outcome of this enquiry will determine whether I stay or not. I am informed by a gateway FNB consultant that the ***** department has a growing heavy workload, am I supposed to feel sorry - bad management that the department is under-staffed and cant handle customers satisfactorily. I awit urgent response.
