Debit card *****

So the another day i wrote about what happened to my FNB account ,someone **********ly made a new card without my knowledge and wiped all of my money with my card and cellphone in my pocket on Saturday of 24th of December and i reported it immediately .FNB is jumping around blaming me at 1st they said we don't see anything wrong its your card that withdrawn the money .like really ? then i wrote a letter stating that please check my card number and the card number which withdrawn the money ,they rep**** me saying besides that you are the one opened another card with your finger print ..i am in shock of all these .so all of of my hard earning money just gone like that ...i even try to give them more evidence on my case but still they keep on trying to avoid being responsible ...PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HELP..wether with legal advise or something ..I'm writting this with eyes full of tears and sometimes if i think about it i cant sleep ,,that how can this happen to me yet i get accused of wrong doing ...
