Debit Card Disputes- Refund outstanding

Good day I received below sms but didn't receive the funds in my account:

FNB :-) R5650.00 reserved funds for purchase @ HERTZ dated 28 Jan 2022 is released + now available on acc ......... Pls check your Avail Bal immediately. FNB. However to date , I have not received a satisfied answer. I am being told that a manual entry was done, but it wont appear on my statement...Come on. How will I know that this refund has been done. My balance has not increased. Therefore I believe that this refund was not done. FNB cant even provide any proof...what nonsense is this. I have even sent a dispute letter to ***,
