Debit card dispute not resolved and my account debited again!

Debit Card Dispute FNB Care ***. I logged a dispute for a Fitbit Subscription that went off my account. I bought the Fitbit from FNB and with it got a free 6 month trial for Premium membership. When it came to cancelling the subscription I was unable to as the subscription did not appear under my subscriptions. The amount of R1399 was debited from my account which I then disputed. Fitbit was not able to assist and referred me to Google Play. They referred me to my bank. My bank reversed the payment and I was relived. Fitbit then sent them the processing proof, which still does not make it right if it was done erroneously, and FNB sends me a message saying: "The bank has exhausted the chargeback process and the is nothing further that the bank can do to assist in recovering the funds from the merchant, your recourse is with the merchant directly as the merchant has advised that the amount debited from the account was valid." I, as the customer, confirm that it was done erroneously, yet I now need to fight with an overseas 'online only' company which refers me back to my bank as according to them the subscription has been cancelled, but I explained that I was debited again, not by them, but by my bank. They confirmed they can do nothing for me and I must take it up with Google, Google referred me to my bank!!!!!!!! I am the customer and I am telling you that it was done erroneously and that it should not have been debited from my account, but you throw your hands in the air and take my money AGAIN!!! R1399 for NOTHING, R1399 for something I do not even use anymore as I have bought myself a Garmin. I have sent screenshots of my conversations with Fitbit and Google to James at FNB Card ***** and he did not even both to respond to me after asking where to from here? Do I just accept it and continue my fight with an international online company that throw their hands in the air? There are soooo many complaints online on the Fitbit community with the same problem, people being debited incorrectly with no help. They just take your money, say it was approved and sorry for you!! I expected my bank to have my back when I tell them it was done erroneously! What do you need from me? An affidavit sworn under oath that I did not want the subscription?
