debit card dispute

Still waiting for my queries to be answered 21 days later, I'm tired of calling FNB coz no one is assisting, I logged a debit card dispute in December already and still not resolve, this is the second review that I'm writing, the first one that wrote was contacted with the Complaint Reference ***NF, but still not resolve and no one has gotten back to me and when I call FNB, they are always telling me stories, transferring to wrong departments without my knowledge and placing me on hold for a long time, I'm really fed up
