Debit Card Dispute

<p>On Sunday the 28/08/2016, I went to make a withdrawal at an FNB ATM that is outside shoprite in Protea Glen EXT 16, At first I tried to make a withdrawal of R2000.00, but instead of getting the money the machine immediately went of line and gave an error message, I got an sms confirming that the R2000.00 went out of the account, just few minutes later another sms came through saying the payment has been reversed, at the stage I notice that the ATM was not online again, I then tried a lesser amount of R1500.00, same thing happened except that this time the money was gone and never reversed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent email immediately the next day to debitcarddispute@fnb, no one responded, I sent a emai to care@fnb, then got a call from a person who was going to call me back, now it`s a week still no call, this morning I got an email saying I must confirm the amount I am disputing dispite the fact that all this information is on the email. I am logging this email as a preparation for a letter I will be writting to ombudsman if FNB is failing to resolve this matter, it is now almost a month</p>
