Debit before agreed date?!
Debit my personal loan before the actual agreed date! Absolutely unacceptable, I’m only getting paid next week! I tried call the call centre and was waiting for 10 min and no one answered the call! Pathetic, how can you make your customers wait so long and expect them to be happy?! Please sort the debit order out asap!
