Debietorder bankkoste en call centre - geen diens
Ek het 'n debietorder aanlyn op my bankdienste gestop, maar FNB het steeds die debietorder afgetrek en bankkostes bygevoeg!! Waarom het FNB die funksie op aanlyn bankdienste as dit nie werk nie!!??? Ek het die Call Centre gebel, maar tot en met 10 minute aangehou. Ek is jammer, maar mens kan nie so lank aanhou nie! Ek het maar die foon neergesit aangesien niemand geantwoord het nie!!! Baie baie swak onprofessionele diens FNB!!!!
