DebiCheck Useless

How is it that there is a DebiCheck authorization facility on one's account yet *****ulent debit orders are just added to a person's account. This DebiCheck is useless and a waste of time. I recently had ***** on my account from Vodacom after I rejected their DebiCheck authorization yet still was debited and after 3 months sorted it out with no assistance from FNB now another debit order from guess who Vodacom has been added. At least this time they did not even bother with DebiCheck. Truly sad that businesses like FNB and Vodacom don't get taken to task for this. So again left to the customer to try sort this ******* out.
