Debicheck for Mortgage Loan

Loan Debi Check Mandate Good day

FNB is telling the Lawyers of my Bond Registration that my husband should approve the Debit Order Mandate. However when he logs into his Banking App and check in his Debicheck Mandates, there is no information. This is holding the whole process up I need this fixed ASAP.

We have phoned FNB on several occasions pertaining to the above situation but to no avail. Feels like FNB is not caring about the urgency of this situation and really trying to help resolve this issue. We are now left just feeling frustrated.
