Debetorder date mess

All my debit orders are supposed to be deducted on the last day of every month. This month my debit orders started being deducted sporadically since the 25th.

I have previously also arranged for my banking fees to be deducted on the last day or the 1st day of the month. An FNB consultant actually phoned me to make the necessary arrangements, the call cut and i requested assistance via the fnb app. My banking fees are still being deducted on the 18th of everymonth.

I need these dates to be changed accordingly and an explanation as to why everything went wrong this month as well as the consequences that this nonsense will now have on my loan terms etc. as this was an fnb problem!!!
