Death claim still under review

Good Day FNB life did me wrong ☹ I logged a claim on 06/05/2025 and they still haven’t paid, my uncle was buried yesterday and what a HUMULIATION I am going to escalate this matter to Ombudsman furthermore close all my FNB accounts and mover to Capitec Bank. Regards, Zethu Nkosi
