Dealing with FNB is always the pits!!!!!

Dealing with FNB is always the pits. And it is for this reason that I downgraded from wealth to an aspired account. I have been getting sms’s that my credit card limit has been exceeded. I don’t understand how you cannot get the simple things right. Why have you not correctly transferred my credit limit from Wealth credit to Aspire credit????? Please ensure you resolve this and make sure that I don’t get charged interested for this R7k over limit because you couldn’t do a proper credit transfer!!!!!
