Deactivating your FNB card does not help, the bank still processes transctions
My card was ****** by an FNB atm when I realized what happened I immediately deactivated the card using the FNB banking app. A week later I start receiving notifications of transactions that have taken place on the deactivated card a week after I had deactivated the card.
So I go to the bank to find out why these transactions are happening on a deactivated card and no one can give me an answer now R600 worth of transactions have taken place over a span of two weeks, I am still waiting on the bank to solve this. But I am not receiving any feedback on the matter.
Transaction code names:
NYL PLAZA 412 CAPRICORN PLAZA 412 BAOBAB PLAZA 412 KRANSKOP PLAZA 412
