Deactivating card without my request or approval.

After making a complaint against poor services FNB deactivated my only card I have with me, that I struggled for over 1 year to get. Sending it to the wrong address, not logging the request in their systems, and now deactivating it without my request or approval. What is going on in this bank? Is it amateur hour?
