Deactivate "Tap and Go" its a safety hazard

FNB - How can we help you?
Well, I've been on the phone for 30 mins, I've spoken to 4 consultants, heard 4 different stories and the last consultant that I spoke to told me she can't help me, I must send a complaint to FNB. So here I am
My request is very simple, please deactivate the "Tap and go", "Tap and pay" function on my cards, especially my Credit Card.
It's a safety hazard, theft and bag snatching is rife and I'm not comfortable knowing that ********* can easily walk into a store, pull out a ****** card, "Tap and go".
As customers we were not informed about this service and I for one don't want it. Your consultants sent me from pillar to post trying to find someone that can deactivate it, only to be told by the last consultant that it can't be deactivated. It's an enhancement and it was communicated to all customers.
When I asked for the communication sent, she couldn't find it on my profile. Then I asked that she send it to me now so I could see it and I was also informed that can't be done.
I'm struggling to believe that this was communicated at all. But my main request is that it be deactivated immediately.
Hope you can help!!!
