Deactivate account

I got retrenched in June, was waiting for my provident fund to pay out so that i can settle my Fnb loan, Provident fund contacted me to say my FNB Cheque account has be deactivated, I called and they could not help. Went in to the Branch and was told I had unpaid debit order so I had to make payment, I tried but they can not complete the payment at the teller. How must i pay if i can not receive any funds. I feel frustrated and let down....
