I have been a customer of FNB for a few years now and seen many changes and the most annoying change is the eBucks rewards department. If I remember correctly in the past we could earn ebucks at Game and that we lost, Makro, that we lost, Incredible connection and lost, Fuel from all filling stations and that changed to only Engen, Dis chem we lost. All these major brands we lost. Now we are losing Shoprite and Checkers the largest super market store in the country and they are moving over to the most expensive food store Pick and Pay, what hidden agenda do we have here with such a large food supermarket store we are losing. We will never know the truth What is next ? Takealot the only one worth while on the partner list... Google ebucks partners and see what we have left. not worth the time and money. It might just be that ebucks has gone sour with all the major stores and the are moving over to Standard Bank rewards. Could be best to just cancel ebucks account then you save on annual fees..
