I'd just like to express how impressed and dazzled I was when I called in to FNB debit order dispute department, I spoke to a lady by the name of Bonisiwe Simelane who was 1st and foremost patient and so humble, I told her what my issue was and she listened and understood me before responding to my query which is why she was so efficient. Bonisiwe took me through step by step and explained what she's going to do and why she is doing after helping me with my query she went over and above and ended up helping me with another query on my account with efficiency, urgency. Bonisiwe's work ethic is amazing and really hope she keeps flying the FNB flag high, it's employees like her that make us proud to be associated with such brands.
