My dad who is a social grant recipient via fnb received a some of money. FnB ballito was assisting with his bank account. My parents visited the branch explained the consultant about the funds and the consultant assisted with the bank account his funds went into the account and this month his whole social grant was taken for bank charges what a disgusting bunch of *********** idiots work there. I will not not let this slide through the cracks FNB does not know how to treat customers or your consultants are *********** and unskilled.
