DAYLIGHT ROBERY

During this terrible epidemic, with everyone having financial problems. I did not like the fact that FNB gave me a loan which I DID NOT ask for or apply for. The next minute I received an email with this is your loan agreement. Thank goodness I have an excellent private banker, who helped me cancel this loan immediately. BUT FNB took R840 out of my account for a one day loan, which I did not ask to be hassled with. I would appreciate if the manager of LOAN department could call me and explain how this happened, plus to please refund me the R840 which they stole out of my account without my permission of having not signed anything or agreed to anything. It is ****************, and has really made me weary of FNB banking.
