Absolutely unprofessional service from FNB!

Apparently, asking for a quote is the same as confirming a transaction, well according to FNB. They authorise transactions without your consent and charge the corresponding service fees. This is ****************!

When trying to contact them to resolve the matter, calling and emailing daily, your emails get absolutely no response and calls tell you to send an email.

There has been no accountability from FNB and their services have been absolutely appaling. I would advise anyone to disregard your own meaning of words and just be prepared for FNB to take advantage of you.

If possible, avoid transactions with FNB forex, unless you are prepared to be disappointed. If I could, I would give them no stars when rating them!
