I had a FNB cheque account approximately 5 years ago. I went into the FNB in Chatsworth centre about 3 years ago and asked them to close it, they advised that it will be closed in 2 - 3 working days. I am in the process of applying for a homeloan, and they picked up FNB. This is PATHETIC SERVICE. Why should i be inconvenienced for something that is not my problem, now i must pay R 400.00 for service fees...WHAT SERVICE ??? When the account was not being used - this is pathetic, and disgusting service.<br> <br> Regards<br> Js.
