**************** deducted funds twice from your acount

This bank ***** from you. Money went off your account next day they can't explain how to we get to the point on funds not available in my account after they deduct the same amounts twice on your account. I spoke to a gentleman he can't speak properly and very soft and ended the call in my ear. I spoke to their online team still no explanation. How do we still give them one star.

I have another cheque account with another bank and I know where my money is going clearly but with FNB it is a different story.
