I have a requested a settlement letter on my home loan account, I was provided with one which shows 2 different amounts for different dates i.e. X amount to be paid before the 06/12/2021 and different amount to be paid on the 06/12/2021. I made a settlement on the 01/12/2021. I called today to check if the amount has cleared, I was assisted by some lady named Leah Ntuli who insisted that I have to pay further amount which increases daily. I kept on referring her to the settlement letter which states 2 different amounts with different dates and I have made my settlement within the first date and I do not understand why do I have to pay further amount. She just hung up on me without explaining to me the further amount to pay.
