****************

I have been banking with FNB for the last 12 years and I am GROSSLY disappointed at the moment. I have been trying to cancel debit orders online and it did not give me the option to do so. I do not have the time to go to a bank. It is with a company that I cancelled services with and they keep trying to deduct the money. Last month was about R1000 which I took the knock for. This month they tried deducting it again and again and I had no option of stopping them. Instead FNB just ends up charging me R1385.96 because of a feature that they advertise did not work! Not to mention the 6X R8.50 charged for one transaction that did not go through

I think this is unreasonable. They even allowed one company to try debiting the same amount 3 times!!!... SURELY THEY COULD HAVE SEEN THIS. I want my fees waved. I dont think that's too much to ask.

I will be closing my account and cancelling all 3 FNB life products I own if I am not met halfway

Thank to the lady that phoned me, however she told me that I should put a stop order on my account and tried transferring me twice and both times I got disconnected. I phoned back and the lady told me because I cancelled my card she can not help me. I am still waiting for my ID so what do I do now?? I cant go into the bank and cencel it either.
