Up until now FNB has been fantastic for me and my business. But today I bought prepaid electricity from the FNB app and it charged me a R339.13 service fee and R26.09 tax. I paid R500 for electricity and only got 82,9 units. That is a lot of money to throw down the drain. Please let everyone know if this service is going to continue to be so unreasonable so that I can make other arrangements.
