I was called to upgrade to the fusion account. i was told the upgrade would be free and the account fee will only start from the following month. Th next day i was charged an account fee,Value added Service fees and service fees. i contacted the private desk and they kept on saying someone will call me back and they never do.So i was charged my normal monthly account fee and a fusion account fee. This is pathetic service and day light *******
