Daylight ******* and pathetic customer care

I am at my wits end with FNB, They have failed to resolve an issue queried from October 2025. Instead, every agent is giving me the runaround, I have spoken to at least 30 people from the initial time I queried and there never is a manager to assist clients. I was promised a call back by Bavita ****am a week ago, I am yet to hear from them, instead they have closed my complaint without a resolution. Why are you trying to swindle me out of my earned ebucks? I informed you of this issue LAST YEAR already. All I want is for you to give me my ebucks from then!
