Daylight ******* and Lack of Accountability By FNB

I withdrew R500 from an ATM at Waterfall Corner in JHB and before I could grab the cash out of the hole, the cash dispenser closed off. I waited a bit and the money did not come out. I lost R500 at this ****** ATM. I logged a ticket with my bank, Standard Bank to sort this and two days later I was sent a notification that the issue has been resolved and their resolution was that, according to FNB, the transaction was successful. In other words, the money came out afterwards. I am beyond livid. I want my money FNB. See the case issue number logged by Standard Bank: ***. Sort this mess out.
