Daylight *******!!!!

I went fnb's branch for statements. They can't help me I must call the department. Called they told I have to pay over a R1000 for statements to be emailed to me....daylight *******!!!!!! You not evens printing the stuff it's being emailed!!! I don't have access to the accounts as they're closed so I can't request it on the app!!!
