I am tired of being sent from pillar to post with no resolution, there’s funds missing from my bank account that are not being accounted for. I don’t have any active debit orders on my business account, I woke up this morning with R1262 missing from my account and the commercial banking consultants cannot seem to know where the funds went. Instead of checking they disconnect the chat I spoke to Rachel, Neliswa, Siphokazi, Taryn, Nikita etc they all couldn’t explain where my money went. There’s also a refund of R1099.99 received from Checkers that’s reflecting on the transaction history but the funds are not reflecting on my available balance. I check my bank balance amd transactions thoroughly everyday before bed, there has NEVER been a credit balance of R1099.99. I need FNB to fix this ASAP
