Day light *******

Good day, last year I was left without a job and as time went by slowly so did my money start getting less and less and the small jobs were making it impossible for me to meet my monthly bills. In January 2016 I noticed on my bank statements that FNB was charging over R150 per month on fees, so I went straight to e bank in Pinetwon and complained as I recall my initial package being R69 PM. FNB excuse was the systems have changed but they understand my circumstances and put me on R4.99 package where the extra charges would occur for stop order and atm withdrawals. I don't really draw so I looked at this option as being the best as it would possibly only be in the region of R40 pm. Sometime later I noticed yet again fees were R150 plus. So I phoned the customer care where they explained it was an error with the consultant but they will rectify and I need not worry. Once again I. April 2016 I was hit yet again with astronomical fees. I went to the branch in Hillcrest where I waited for 45 min and was seen by a teller who expressed there was a delay with the process but not to worry as by month end it will be all well and I will be charged pro rata which basically meant it will be again in the region of R50.

well blow me down if in May my fees are yet again R155 or so. Short of phoning and visiting again I am begging hello Peter to help as I believe the R600 plus FNB has made on me, I should be compensated and my fees rectified once and for all.

can you help?

kind regards,

kim Trublet
