Day 6.... and no end in sight it seems.....

Day 6... and we still have not received confirmation that the matter is resolved or the payment. Once again i am forced to result in public complaints in order to get feedback. Even though I was contacted very swiftly after logging my issue on a public forum, again I must vent my frustrations.

It appears signatures from the risk department and legal team at FNB are pretty hard to come by, because it is nearly a week. Banzi Manona was very keen to assist and resolve the matter as soon as possible. My patience has somewhat run out, because it is a constant case of following up.. all i get back are apologies, it has been referred.
