Dates given for debit orders not considered at all!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>So I have 3 debit orders going off of my account on the 28th of every month. should the date fall on a weekend, they go off on the next working day. but not this time. I had money sent to my account for an emergency and all my debit went off, before the date. I tried calling FNB for the reversal as I need the money today and cannot wait for tomorrow (payday). Eunice, tells me that they are not allowed to process any reversals, I ask her since when and why we didnt get communication? she then tells rules change and she cant do anything about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>What do I do now? my mom is leaving for eastern cape in a few hours & i need to buy her medication before she leaves. Please advise as I am really just annoyed with FNB.</p>
