Dates change of bank charges

I would like to express my deep disappointment with your services after requesting a date change on my bank charges I was told that the changes was done via a phone call, after sending an email to confirm my email was ignored this is really sad, this is beyond unacceptable and professional I think i must just choose a different bank because fnb is not what i expected it to be
