DATA - WHY HAVEN'T YOUR PRICES DROPPED?

so...this is something that straight out surprises me and in all fairness to FNB I'd like to hear their side...the mobile phone networks were MANDATED to lower their data tariffs as of 1st April...but FNB are still charging the full rates they were prior to this...so who's robbing who?
