DATA COMPLAINT

I had bought data bundles via my banking app, for my fnb connect sim-card, the funds where successfully debited off my account, but my data was never loaded. I subsequently called my bank to review my complaint and they had opened a case to investigate, they had told me they would take up to 48hrs to review, and it has been well over 10 days and no feedback. I called them back to find out what was happening, to my surprise, the case is till on review.
