Data and mins on private client account

I have a private client account with fnb. As apart of the private client account. Im promised I get mins and data Monthly. Every month I must call in to find out whats happening with the mins and data. All off a sudden there is a criteria. I wasn't told that when I opened the account. My wife has the spousal account. She doesn't have any criteria. Don't get fooled by fnb. Private client account. The private bankers are never available.
