I use their Instant accounting app for businesses and it works great, when there is issues they sort it within a few minutes. I even send suggestions and they respond very promptly. very now and then you do get someone who do not understand your query, but it is always promptly resolved by a followup phone call. As is usually the case we technical persons focus too much on the product and cannot do so well at financial management, ending up hiring expensive financial management companies, but this system helped me to successfully build my new business over the past 3 years, Dankie and keep those servers cool and running!
