Damages to my car by FNB Banner the fell on my car

On the 11th of July 2020 my car was parked outside the King pie store Cnr Sauer and Bree Street. I was inside the shop when I heard the sound of people shouting as if they see something bad is about to happen, I quickly rushed out and I saw the FNB adverti*****t banner flying towards the parking area and it hit my car. A crowd started gathering and they removed it and dragged it towards Sauer Street. They were happy to drag it as of they were going to cut, sell and get something out of it. I quickly rushed to assess damage to the car and take pictures. I managed to get a few while they were dragging it.

I then contacted FNB complaints desk and they said I must contact FNB insurance on Monday since they are not working on weekends. I contacted them on Monday and they said I must go to a branch and report the incident. I went to Bank City to report the incident. I was given an email address to send details of the incident but till today I have not heard from FNB Bank City. I have sent pictures as well
