Damaged TV received from FNB Digital Planet

I ordered a TV Via FNB digital planet upon receiving the undamaged box from the courier guy, when we opened the box, we found that the screen had a crack on it and was damaged, I purchased this TV for my mother so I emailed them pictures of the crack on the TV as well as the undamaged box, I was told that they would escalate the matter with LG and get back to me which they have not because I had to keep on contacting them, I am highly disappointed and surprised as I bank with FNB and they have disregarded my claim and have not gotten back to me with a way forward. Today I phoned them only to hear that LG has rejected my claim stating that it was not their problem at all, I've tried contacting fnb digital planet to get the email thread of the conversation via them and LG and they have not sent it to me,

Please help as I reported the incident within 24hrs and I need the TV to be replaced as they want to deduct the monthly installments off my account but will not replace my tv.
