damaged Contract Cell Phone

I app**** for a device, Sony Experia Z3 it was delivered on 12/01/2015. The cell phone started to be operational in February 2015 due to the processes I had to follow before it can start working.
As I write this letter my Device is not working, the problem started around May/June. I phoned the FNB technical Dept. to assist me with the problem. They kept sending me a link that I should follow in order for the phone to work properly. (My call history with them is proof of all the efforts I took to get the phone fixed).
The phone is completely off so when I phone them again they tell me I must take the phone to the company that fix their phones and it is based in JHB. My concern was that why should I use time and money to get the phone repaired while they can come and fetch it at my work place. Now they tell me to pay for the collection fee which I completely against. I asked them that it is not my fault the phone is damaged.
I dont understand why I should spend more money to get the faulty phone fixed.I'm disappointed with the service I receive from FNB. I requested them to cancel the contract since I cannot work for a loss. They have not collected it by now. What must I do? SAD
