Dale Jacons Fnb not my banker of choice :-(

I pay over R400 for private banking. My banker was Dale Jacobs. I get bad or no feedback at times and he doesn't answer my questions timeiously. It's like he doesread my msg properly. I have asked FNB that he and hos team stay away from me and don't co tact me. He sent me a mail acknowledging the complaint never sent to him. I anyway got no further feedbaxk.
