Dabble monthly fees pad for January !

After numerous messages from FNB that I can se my E Box Ebucks To pay my monthly fees I have done that I went into my account and paid the money for my monthly fees on the 12th of January this morning I've noticed that FNB still took monthly fees from my current account can you please explain to me why ??? Why have the option to pay with your ebucks and still debit my account?
