*******!!

I am writing this frustrated as ever, for the past 2 months I've been getting a "visa dms link" charge on my account which differs each month, last month I disputed the charges and had my card blocked, I received my money back as well as a new card without an explanation as to what the charges were or why they occurred ,however today I checked my statement and noticed that the charge occurred AGAIN on my NEW card and the amount taken off was more than the previous month!! Getting a hold of an fnb consultant is near impossible! Ive seen numerous people having the same issue or worst with Fnb and help is only offered when the issue is taken publicly!! I hate this bank and will definitely be moving over to something better, wish I could give no star at all! Don't bank with FNB for your own sanity!!! 😡
